3-4lb Pork Roast
1 Garnet sweet potato cut in 1/2″ slices
1 Yam cut in 1/2″ slices
1 Lg Sweet onion (I used Walla Wallas’ from my garden)
4-5 Carrots cut in large pieces. ( I used carrots from my garden and left whole)
Favorite Roast Seasonings (I used Emerils, Garlic Salt, and Onion Powder).
1/4C Low Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
